A liquor law violation was filed this month against Kabob’s at the Option House, 41 Main St., the Erie-based district office of the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced.

The bureau reported that between Sept. 8 and April 27, the business failed to clean malt or brewed beverage dispensing system at least once every seven days.

The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who has the authority to impose a fine between $50 and $5,000, a license suspension or revocation and/or mandated training for the licensee to educate them on the requirements of being a licensee.
