A Bradford woman who was one of two people charged in an alleged aggravated assault earlier this month is in McKean County Jail.
Court records indicate that Kylie McLaughlin, 22, of 43 Lake Circle Drive, was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge David Engman and committed to jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
McLaughlin and Joshua Goodmote-Miller, 20, of 26 Brennan St., are each charged with aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, both first-degree felonies; simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary charge, court records stated.
According to court records, around 2 a.m. June 3 at the gravel pit on Sand Road, Miller and Jedidiah Hardy were in an argument, which turned physical when Miller pushed Hardy and assaulted him until he fell to the ground.
McLaughlin — Miller’s girlfriend — kicked Hardy in the head, while Miller repeatedly kicked and struck Hardy in the head, court records stated. Hardy was treated at Bradford Regional Medical Center for a fractured right orbital bone, a fractured nose and lacerations.
Court records do not indicate that Miller was arraigned as of press time Wednesday.
McLaughlin is scheduled to appear in Central Court on June 22.
