CLEARFIELD — Construction for a Route 155 bridge, spanning Two Mile Creek in Liberty Township, is scheduled to begin as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.

Replacement of this bridge, located about a mile north of Port Allegany, will allow PennDOT to remove it from McKean County’s structurally deficient bridge list.

Construction is expected to begin during the week of June 19 and be complete in mid-December. During this time, temporary traffic signals will enforce an alternating traffic pattern.

In the event of unfavorable weather or unforeseen activities, this schedule may change.
