KANE — A Kane woman is in McKean County on allegations that she sold Ritalin to an informant of the McKean County Drug Task Force.
Tammie Antonuccio, 38, of 529 Biddle St., is charged with delivery of a controlled substance, a felony; criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
According to court records, in January 2016, the informant and an undercover police officer arranged to meet Antonuccio to purchase Ritalin. She allegedly sold them 22 pills for $100, court records read.
Police allege she used her cellphone to make the arrangements for the sale, court records read.
She was arraigned Thursday before District Judge David Engman and remanded to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday.
