A Bradford woman accused of cashing someone else’s check had a court appearance continued for one week.
Crystal Lynn Morrison, 33, of 43 Forman St., Apt. 4, was to go to Central Court this past Thursday, but the date was continued until May 18.
She is charged with forgery, a second-degree felony; and theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, both second-degree misdemeanors, court records stated.
According to court records, Morrison stole a check from a woman, filled it out for $150 and cashed it.
Morrison, who has been incarcerated since May 2, was released Thursday on $20,000 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court on May 18.
