SMETHPORT — A Rew man was acquitted of indecent assault charges this week in McKean County Court.
A jury found George H. L. Cabisca, 38, innocent of all six charges against him at a trial held Monday and Tuesday, court records indicate. He was charged in 2016 with three counts of corruption of minors, two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and one count of indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.
Cabisca was represented by attorney Dawn Fink.
