A Bradford man who is facing indecent assault charges in two separate cases had those charges bound to court Wednesday.
Roger Traster Sr., 59, of 52 N. Center St., appeared that day for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Dominic Cercone, who bound all the charges over.
According to court records, between 2009 and 2011, he touched a girl who was 9-11 years old under her clothes. Then, in 2014, he allegedly touched a girl under her shirt.
In one case, Traster is charged with two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, both third-degree felonies; and in the second case with two counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a child, both first-degree felonies; aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, all second-degree felonies; indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, both third-degree felonies; indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, all second-degree misdemeanors, court records stated.
He is free on unsecured bail.
