A felony charge of burglary against a Bradford man was withdrawn, but continues to face misdemeanor charges.
John M. Lekas, 30, of 33 Walker Ave., waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone on charges of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking, both first-degree misdemeanors, criminal mischief, a third-degree misdemeanor; and trespassing, a summary charge, court records stated.
On April 1, Lekas allegedly entered the Jackson Avenue residence of his ex-girlfriend by kicking in the door, caused damage in the home and took $480 cash, according to court records.
Lekas is free on unsecured bail.
