Criminal charges against a Bradford man who was accused of threatening a woman have been withdrawn, and he entered a plea to summary charges.

Andrew F. Owens, 21, of 34 South Ave., Apt. 1, was scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Dominic Cercone.

Instead, one of the assistant district attorneys withdrew charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal mischief, and Owens pleaded guilty to summary charges of harassment and criminal mischief, court records stated.
