A Bradford man is facing allegations that he threatened to shoot a woman and her husband.
Nicholas Anthony McNeil, 21, of 29 Welch Ave., was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone on a charge of terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor, court records stated.
According to court records, at 10:36 p.m. March 26, McNeil called a woman on Facebook messenger and told her, “I’m not a child molester, I’m in a car smoking a blunt on my way to your house and I’m gonna shoot you with my MAC10,” adding that he had contacted friends who were coming, too. “I hope your husband is there because he will get it too,” he was quoted as saying in court records.
The alleged victim then hung up and called Bradford City Police.
McNeil was committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on April 20.
