KANE — A Kane man who was facing threat-related allegations had those charges dismissed.
Wade S. Bunker appeared for a preliminary hearing Monday before District Judge David Engman, and charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and summary harassment were dismissed.
The charges had been filed Feb. 18 and were based on an alleged incident in Hamlin Township.
