Charges against a Bradford man accused of causing thousands of dollars of damage to a vehicle were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Kyle Richard South, 25, of 2 Kiwanis Court, Apt. D, is charged with one count of criminal mischief, a third-degree felony, court records stated.
According to court records, he caused $5,380.55 in damage to a Ford Fusion belonging to Angie Switzer — his girlfriend’s mother.
A witness saw South kicking and damaging the car, and Switzer had “a text message from South asking if she liked the improvements to the vehicle,” court records read.
South is free on unsecured bail.
