COUDERSPORT — Coudersport Elementary “pooled” together to help the community by raising $7,037.02 for the pool fund.
People at the school raised the money by selling bracelets and T-shirts, participating in Change Wars and having an after school Beach Party.
This donation pushes the pool fund total to more than $100,000.
Fundraising efforts will continue at 5:30 p.m. May 13 at The American Legion, where the pool committee will hold a live auction, other giveaways and more. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Donations for the fundraiser are still being accepted.
