A Bradford woman has been charged with allegedly intimidating a witness in a case involving a drug-related death.
Robin Perez, 46, of 125 High St., is charged with intimidation of a witness, a second-degree misdemeanor.
According to court records, on Feb. 28, in Walmart, Perez told another woman she would “kick someone’s (expletive)” if she told police anything about her or her husband in relation to a drug overdose death that was under investigation. Perez allegedly told the other woman to go to the police station “and fix this because we are facing possible manslaughter charges,” the court records read.
The court records indicated the investigation dealt with the overdose death of a 25-year-old man, but did not give his name.
Perez was arraigned March 8 and remanded to jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court March 30.
