Charges were bound to McKean County Court Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone for a third person accused in an assault in December 2016 at Country Fair.
Cayla Pauline Stoddard, 25, of Bradford, is charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, a first-degree felony; three counts of simple assault and a count of conspiracy to commit commit simple assault, all second-degree misdemeanors; disorderly conduct, a third-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary charge.
Court records state Stoddard is accused in the alleged incident alongside Cori L. Stoddard and Timothy A. Reedus-Gilyard, both of Bradford, who each had charges against them bound to court earlier this month.
According to court records, multiple people were injured around 2:30 a.m. Dec. 18, 2016, at Country Fair on West Washington Street.
Cayla Stoddard is free on unsecured bail.
