More charges have been filed against a Bradford pair accused of stealing items from their landlord’s shed.
Felony charges of burglary and criminal trespassing have been added to cases against Amber L. Harris, 20, and Shayne W. Reed, 22, court records indicate.
Harris waived a preliminary hearing on Wednesday before District Judge Dominic Cercone, while Reed is scheduled to appear in McKean County Central Court on March 23.
According to court records, they damaged a shed at 65 Summer St. by breaking the lock and drilling new holes in the door to attach a new lock. They are also accused of stealing 34 items worth a total of $2,672 to be sold online.
Harris already faced charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, while Reed is charged with conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy-receiving stolen property and conspiracy criminal mischief.
They are both free on unsecured bail.
