ERIE — The Buckhorn Hotel at 320 Welsh St. in Kane was issued a citation for a liquor law violation on Monday, the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced.
Bureau officials said the establishment failed to maintain complete and truthful records on its operation for two years prior to Dec. 16, 2016. Also, it allegedly failed to adhere to restrictions in the agreement it entered with the board on the following dates in 2016: Sept. 2, Sept. 28, Sept. 30 and Oct. 1-Dec. 15.
The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who has the authority to impose penalties including a fine between $50 and $5,000, a license suspension or revocation and mandated training for licensees.
