A Bradford woman is facing allegations she used two credit cards from a lost wallet to make hundred of dollars in purchases at Bradford businesses.
Jennifer Lee Coldren, 36, of 367 Bolivar Drive, was arraigned Monday night before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone on nine counts of forgery, all second-degree felonies; nine counts of access device fraud, and two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, all first-degree misdemeanors, court records stated.
Court records said Coldren used two credit cards, a Merrick Bank card and a Capital One card, from a lost wallet to make nine purchases between Nov. 23 and 24 in 2016 totaling $378.02.
Coldren is free on $10,000 unsecured bail. She is scheduled to appear in Central Court on March 16.
