Frances Sherman Auxiliary will hold its Spring Fling 96th birthday party on April 1 at Lt. John C. Roche VFW Post 212.
Dinner will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. with specials including prime rib, shrimp scampi and chicken alfredo. All entrees will include bread service, salad, vegetables, dessert, coffee and hot tea.
The event is open to the public. Anyone wanting to attend must RSVP by March 28 by calling 368-3011.
After dinner, people are invited to enjoy the sound of the area’s newest band, “4-Speed,” which will play from 8 p.m. to midnight. There is no cover charge.
