SMETHPORT — A Bradford man was arraigned Sunday on allegations that he threatened to kill another person with a knife.
Harry Little, 54, of 28 Walker Ave., is charged with terroristic threats, a first-degree misdemeanor; and harassment, a summary offense.
Court records said at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, Bradford City Police were called to a domestic at Little’s residence. He was reportedly “heavily intoxicated” and began fighting with a woman at the residence. During a physical struggle, knives were knocked down on the floor and Little threatened to use the knives to kill the woman. She was able to get away, and ran out of the house to call 911, court records read.
Little was arraigned Sunday before Magisterial District Judge Bill Todd. He was released after posting $5,000 bail. He is scheduled for Central Court on Thursday.
