Charges against Port Allegany man are nolle prossed

SMETHPORT — Drug charges against a Port Allegany man have been dismissed.

Court records indicate that the Commonwealth no longer intends to prosecute a case against Colt M. Ayers, 28, who had been scheduled to appear for a last day to plea conference Thursday in McKean County Court.
