A felony retail theft charge against a Bradford woman was bound to McKean County Court Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Alicia Arlene Mealy, 35, of 41 S. Center St., appeared for a preliminary hearing on one charge of retail theft, a third-degree felony, court records stated.
Court records said on the afternoon of Nov. 7, 2016, Bradford City Police were called to the Main Street Outlet for a report of a retail theft. Mealy allegedly put six DVDs and two pairs of slippers into her purse, worth a total of $54.03.
She is free on unsecured bail.
