Theft charges against Port Allegany man withdrawn

SMETHPORT — Theft charges filed in September 2016 against a Port Allegany man were withdrawn Monday.

Brandon Michael Batcha, 21, had been scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing that day before Magisterial District Judge William Todd.
