SMETHPORT — Firefighters from multiple departments were called to a fire at 9:02 p.m. Thursday in Raught’s Country Kitchen at 7076 Route 46 in Keating Township.

Preliminary reports indicated there was an active fire in the restaurant’s boiler room.

The Smethport Fire Department was called, and the Star Hose Co. in Port Allegany and the Norwich Township Volunteer Fire Department were each asked to respond with a tanker. A Priority Care Ambulance was also dispatched.

No further information was available at press time Thursday night.
