SMETHPORT — It was a mixed verdict for a Duke Center man who appeared for a trial Tuesday in McKean County Court on misdemeanor charges.
Jesse L. Miller, 35, was found not guilty of a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of children, and guilty of a misdemeanor simple assault charge and summary harassment charge, court records indicate.
Doug Garber from the McKean County Public Defender’s office represented Miller.
Miller will be sentenced on Feb. 14.
