Presidential Portrait switch made

VINTON, Iowa – With the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as President of the United States, courthouses, city council chambers and other official buildings will be replacing the portrait of outgoing President Barak Obama with that of the newly sworn president

At the Benton County Courthouse here, County Auditor Hayley Rippell made the move on Friday afternoon.
