Bri Wells scored 29 points, had four rebounds, five assists and seven steals to lead the Lady Owls (1-13).
“Bri Wells had a good game,” BAHS coach Bobby Hannon said. “She played very well.
“The free throw line killed us. They made 20 and we made five.
“We didn’t do a great job of boxing out. We did a decent job at times.
“Kelcie Moffett and Emily Warner played well inside for us defensively (as) Brinya Moffett and Brandi Mealy got into foul trouble.”
Makenzee Maley had five rebounds, three assists and one steal, Kelcie Moffett nine rebounds and Brinya Moffett 11 rebounds and 11 points.
“We didn’t have enough,” Hannon added. “We needed one more basket, one more stop.”
