A felony drug delivery charge against a Panama, N.Y., man was withdrawn Wednesday; the man waived a preliminary hearing on two other charges.
Christopher J. Blose, 18, had a hearing scheduled that day before Magisterial District Judge Richard Luther. He will still face charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors, in McKean County Court, court records stated.
Court records said on Jan. 5, University of Pittsburgh at Bradford campus police discovered he possessed marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia including a bong, a metal grinder, a scale, a pack of rolling papers, several clear plastic bags, a rubber vial and a pocket knife in his apartment at Pitt-Bradford.
He is free, having posted $25,000 bail, according to court documents.
