SALAMANCA, N.Y. — Two legendary performers are headed to the Seneca Allegany Resort and Casino in April to perform inside the Seneca Allegany Events Center.
Musician Tony Orlando will perform at 7 p.m. April 8. One of the enduring showmen of popular music, Orlando first hit the charts when he was just 16, with songs like “Halfway to Paradise” and “Bless You.” In the early 1970s, Orlando shot to superstar status on the strength of smash hits “Candida,” “Knock Three Times,” and the iconic “Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree.” In the ensuing 40 years, he has been a fixture on television and on stages across the country.
Tickets for that show will go on sale starting at noon Friday. Tickets start at $25.
Speaking of legends, Steve Winwood will perform at Seneca Allegany at 7 p.m. April 29. Great tickets are still available.
Named one of Rolling Stone’s Greatest Singers of All Time, Winwood, a multi-Grammy Award winner, will draw from his work with groups like Traffic, Blind Faith and The Spencer Davis Group, to his solo smash hits like “Higher Love” and “Roll With It,” to deliver an unforgettable evening of music. Tickets start at $55.
