Big bands program slated at Kane library

KANE — Big bands will be the program at Friends’ Memorial Public Library in Kane at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Organizers said the program will feature the bands of Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller and Artie Shaw.

Those driving to the library may park at the back door of the library as the program will be held in the Foreman Meeting Room.

The program is free and all are welcome.
