Sexual assault charges against a Bradford man have been withdrawn by the McKean County District Attorney’s office.
Damien Joseph Stover, 22, of 174 Elm St., lower apt., had been facing ten felonies and four misdemeanors from the allegations that he had intercourse with a 15-year-old without her consent.
Court records indicate the charges were withdrawn due to a “lack of evidence.”
Stover had served one night in jail prior to his release.
