COUDERSPORT — A Shinglehouse man has been charged with failing to comply with the registration requirements under the state’s Megan’s Law.
Coudersport-based state police said Michael Fuller, 39, is being charged with failing to provide accurate registration information, both second-degree felonies.
Police said Fuller went to the Coudersport barracks to complete his registration requirements. Police found that he had failed to “update two separate social media related items,” but did not specify what that entailed.
Fuller was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Annette Easton and released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
