The Kiwanis Kids Movie Morning, formerly the Free Family Film Fest, will return to the Bradford Main Street Movie House on Saturday with animal-themed children’s movies free to area families.
Sponsored by the Blaisdell Foundation and Kiwanis Club of Bradford, the series will also feature giveaways, drawings, guest speakers and concessions.
The movie series will run from Jan. 7 through Jan. 28 — four Saturdays in total — with doors to open at 9:30 a.m., and the films begin at 10 a.m.
The following is the schedule of movies: Jan. 7 – Home; Jan. 14 – The Peanuts Movie; Jan. 21 – Ice Age: Collision Course; and Jan. 28 – The Secret Life of Pets.
Each week there will be giveaways the children can take home with them to remember their movie experience, organizers noted.
This is the third year the Kiwanis Club of Bradford has taken on the free movie festival as a community project. The Free Family Film Fest had been taking place for many years and had been a very successful event the community has participated in.
