A Bradford man accused of having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl was arraigned Wednesday afternoon before District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Damien Joseph Stover, 22, of 174 Elm St., lower apt., is charged with two counts each of sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent and aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, all second-degree felonies; two counts of corruption of minors, both third-degree felonies; and two counts each of indecent assault without consent and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old, both second-degree misdemeanors, court records stated.
According to court records, between Dec. 1 and 31, 2016, Stover, who was homeless during that month, had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl twice without her consent.
He was committed to McKean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, and he is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Jan. 12.
