LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — Two Steamburg men have been arrested for allegedly possessing seven pounds of marijuana when a search warrant was served at their home.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force reported at that 6 p.m. Wednesday, a search warrant was executed at 166 North Loop Road in Steamburg. Officers found seven pounds of marijuana, five suboxone strips and over $3,000 in currency, according to a press release.
Investigators arrested Vernon D. Pierce, 58, and Brian L. Pierce, 17, both of that address, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were arraigned in Town of Coldspring court, and were released on their own recognizance.
Assisting the task force were the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office, New York State Police and the Seneca Nation Marshals.
