Kane business fined for liquor law violation

ERIE — Texas Hot Lunch in Kane has been fined $150 for a violation of the state liquor laws.

The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the licensee Nov. 9 for failing to maintain cleaning records of a malt of brewer beverage dispensing system in March.
