ERIE — Strikers Alley Inc. in Smethport has been cited by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
According to the bureau, on Sept. 17, Strikers, at 13124 Route 59 in Keating Township, had sold or served an unlimited amount of alcoholic beverages for a fixed price, in that an unlimited number of draft beers were sold for $5. And the facility sold alcohol during three different time periods after its liquor license had expired on July 31, the bureau indicated.
The charges will be taken before an administrative law judge.
