A local man is in McKean County Jail without bail on multiple charges of selling crack cocaine in the City of Bradford earlier this year.
Ryan Buterbaugh, 19, no permanent address, is charged with three separate instances of selling crack to a confidential informant of the McKean County Drug Task Force — on April 29 at an Amm Street residence; on May 3 on the Kennedy Street bridge; and on May 24 inside a vehicle on North Bennett Street, all in the City of Bradford, according to court records.
Buterbaugh is charged with three counts each of possession with intent to deliver crack, felonies; possession of crack, a misdemeanor; dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, first-degree felonies; and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony.
Court records said on April 29, Buterbaugh sold two grams of crack to an informant; on May 3, he sold 1.5 grams of crack cocaine; and on May 24, he sold 2.5 grams of crack.
The criminal complaint also noted Buterbaugh has been charged in Western District Court of New York with conspiracy to deliver 28 grams of cocaine.
Buterbaugh was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Dom Cercone and remanded him to jail without bail. He is scheduled to appear in McKean County Central Court on Dec. 22.
