SMETHPORT — A Bradford woman pleaded guilty Thursday in McKean County Court to drug charges in two cases.
Rachel S. Anderson, 21, entered a guilty plea to charges of guilty possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance in two cases. According to Assistant District Attorney Sean Barrett, Anderson possessed with the intent to deliver fentanyl on two different occasions. She will be sentenced Jan. 12.
Also in court, Amber M. McKinney, 35, of Bradford, will serve one to two years in state prison with credit for 61 days of time served on a charge of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.On Dec. 8, McKinney pleaded guilty to allegations she delivered two Suboxone strips.
Luke D. Westfall, 30, of Bradford, will serve nine months to two years in state prison with credit for 187 days of time served on a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities. On Nov. 10, Westfall pleaded guilty to allegations that he provided false address information to state police. The Pennsylvania Megan’s Law website indicates Westfall must register as a sex offender after a 2008 conviction of third-degree rape in New York state.
Neil E. Wallace, 66, of Bradford, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program for his fifth driving under the influence of alcohol case over his lifetime.
Sharon A. Zmuda, 62, of Bradford, will serve five years in the Intermediate Punishment Program on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and a summary charge.
Jacob J. Baldwin, 35, of Bradford, will serve 31 days to 23 ½ months in McKean County Jail with credit for 31 days of time served for five counts each of forgery and theft by unlawful taking. The charges stem from an incident 11 years ago in 2005 in Bradford City. He was also ordered to pay $2,400 in restitution to CNB Bank.
Monica B. McKinney, 19, of Bradford, will serve four to 18 months in McKean County Jail with credit for 88 days of time served and 12 months of probation on charges of corruption of minors, retail theft and smelling/inhaling toxic releasing substances. McKinney pleaded guilty Nov. 17 to allegations that on Sept. 17, she encouraged a 14-year-old steal a can of computer duster, then encouraged the teen how to inhale it to get intoxicated.
Nieshia M. Thompson, 31, of Erie, will serve six to 18 months in McKean County Jail on a charge of retail theft. She pleaded guilty Nov. 3 to allegations that on May 6, Thompson took $641.30 worth of textbooks from the store at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford.
Reuben S. Stuckey, 34, of Eldred, will serve two to 11 ½ months in McKean County Jail with credit for 51 days of time served for charges of theft by unlawful taking and retail theft. He pleaded guilty Nov. 17 to an allegation he stole someone’s iPhone 6, and he took merchandise from McKean County E-Sales.
Andrew R. Kroah, 19, of Bradford, will serve 18 months of probation on a charge of terroristic threats. He pleaded guilty Nov. 10 to allegations that on June 11, Kroah told Ozzie Strait he was going to kill him.
Roxann L. Schlopy, 42, of Bradford, will serve 12 months of probation on a charge of disorderly conduct and a summary charge.
Christopher A. Safford, 41, of Port Allegany, will serve six months in the Intermediate Punishment Program on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and numerous summary charges.
