Corruption of minors allegations against a Duke Center man were bound to McKean County Court at a preliminary hearing Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Dominic Cercone.
Derik N. Nelson, 18, of 189 Oil Valley Road, is charged with corruption of minors, a first-degree misdemeanor; and public drunkenness, a summary charge, court records stated.
Court records said at 9:39 p.m. Dec. 2, Bradford City Police were checking the park because no one was supposed to be there after dark and saw several people walking away from the building.
Investigation into the matter revealed that Nelson provided blunt wraps to and smoked marijuana with four juveniles, court records indicated.
He is free on $2,500 unsecured bail.
