SMETHPORT — A Johnsonburg woman who is facing assault allegations had the case against her bound to McKean County Court on Monday before Magisterial District Judge William Todd.
Brittany L. Peters, 26, is charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children, both first-degree misdemeanors; and harassment, a summary charge, according to court records.
Court records indicate the alleged incident occurred Oct. 28 in Liberty Township. No further information on the incident was available at press time.
Peters is free, having posted $5,000 bail.
