CLEARFIELD — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has removed an 18-ton weight posting for a state-owned bridge on Olmstead Road in Eulalia Township.
The bridge spans the Allegheny River near the village of Olmstead.
PennDOT Potter County maintenance crews have completed deck repairs on the bridge, which allowed for the posting removal. The bridge was originally built in 1892, is 67 feet long, and carries an average of 270 vehicles each day.
