As part of their Christmas celebration, the members of the First Wesleyan Church of Bradford will show the movie, “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” The Peanuts holiday classic will be shown on the big screen at 7 p.m. Saturday at the church on South Kendall Avenue.
This is the final Peanuts special the First Wesleyan Church obtained the rights to present from Iconix Brand Inc. back in October. Members of the church felt it was a great way to celebrate the Christmas season with the public.
Those attending will be able to partake of popcorn, hot chocolate and other treats.
The event is free and open to the public.
For more information, contact pastor Terri Niver at 814-368-7865.
Meanwhile, church members will also present a Christmas play at 6 p.m. Dec. 17.
The Christmas Eve service will be held at 7 p.m., and a special Christmas day service at 11 a.m.
All are welcome to the holiday events.
