COUDERSPORT — Effective Monday, Dec. 12, the Cole Memorial Hospital Internal Medicine and Coudersport Pediatrics practices will exchange places at Cole Memorial Hospital’s Irwin Medical Arts Center.
The internal medicine team will move from the Irwin Medical Arts Center’s first floor to the ground floor Suite S, where the Coudersport Pediatrics office was located. Dr. Brenda Wahlers, and Crystal Fowler, PA-C, will continue to provide the medical care.
As a result, the Coudersport Pediatrics practice, including the hospital’s pediatric dental hygienist and a new family practice, will go to the former internal medicine’s Suite K on the first floor. The hospital’s Express Care Clinic will remain the same.
The new Family Practice will be led by Dr. Eunice Asomaning and Andrea Heller, DO. They will continue to provide care for their current patients, while accepting new adult primary care and pediatric patients.
Convenient access to both offices will continue to be available from the hospital’s main entrance. There will be no disruption in patient care during the transition and all practices’ hours, staff and phone numbers will not change.
