Led by freshman Regan Johnson, the Lady Owls placed four players on the District 10 Region 6 all-star team, while the Bradford boys had two players named to the Region 5 second team.
Johnson, the Lady Owls’ leading-scorer from her striker position, headlined the girls’ first team and is joined by teammates Skylar Llewellyn (senior defender), Kaitlyn Shields (junior midfielder) and Sarah Niegowski (junior midfielder). Senior midfielder Abbie Peterson junior midfielder Victoria Coppella were second-team choices.
Warren, which won the region, placed five players on the first team, while Corry had two players selected.
Meanwhile on the boys’ side, freshman forward Colton Swanson and senior centerback Matt O’Brien were second-team choices for Region 5.
Swanson led the team with 14 goals and added two assists, while O’Brien was third on the team in minutes played.
