After a snowy weekend, the winners are in!
On Tuesday, the Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce, the main sponsor of the eighth annual Cruisin’ Into Christmas parade held downtown on Friday night, announced the winning entries in this year’s parade.
Representatives from the parade’s signature sponsor, CNB Bank, were the judges for this year’s entries.
The results are as follows:
• Best entry by a non-profit organization: first place, Beacon Light Behavioral Health System; and second place, Bradford Area Christian Academy.
• Best entry by a business: first place, Learn Love Laugh Child Care; and second place, Bradford Area Dance Center.
• Best school band: first place, Bradford Marching Owls.
• Best arrangement by a dance team: first place, Slick & Sassy Line Dance Group; and second place, Fretz Middle School Cheerleaders.
• Best decorated fire truck: first place, Limestone Volunteer Fire Department; and second place, Bradford Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Prize money checks will be mailed to the winning entries at the addresses submitted on their entry forms.
Organizers said the time and commitment to prepare entries and participate in the parade are sincerely appreciated, as was the great turnout from the community to watch the parade.
