At the end of the second round of the Bradford Businessmen’s Chess League competition at School Street Elementary School, the teams of Dexter’s Service Center and Dr. Gonzalez are tied for first place in the junior varsity division. Lang Surveying is just half a point behind the leaders.
In the varsity section, Hamlin Bank and Prestige Awards & Jewelry are tied for the top spot.
Other team rankings in the varsity division are Main Street Mercantile, second place; Burns & Burns, E&M Engineers and Surveyors and The Pharmacy, tied for third place; and Main Street Movie House, fourth place.
Other team rankings in the junior varsity division are Bradford Health Center, Drs. Rhinehart, Hennard’s Construction, Prestige: Awards & Engraving and Tasta Pizza, tied for third place; and Williams Agency and Wood Chiropractic, tied for fourth place.
