CLEARFIELD — CNB Financial Corp. will participate in the closing bell ceremony today at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Manhattan’s Times Square.
NASDAQ invited CNB in honor of its 150th anniversary, which took place in 2015.
“This is a great honor to participate in the closing bell ceremony,” said CNB Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph B. Bower Jr. “CNB is proud to have served our communities for over 150 years and this is a wonderful way to commemorate our history and our future success.”
Bower will take to the podium at approximately 3:50 p.m. to make some remarks and members of CNB’s board of directors and executive team will then join him on stage to ring the NASDAQ closing bell at 4 p.m.
