Bradford City Police arrested a man over the weekend who is wanted on a warrant out the Wise County Sheriff’s Office in Texas.
Police said officers were dispatched to a disturbance on Jefferson Street and found Jacob Daugherty, 27.
Daugherty was arrested on the outstanding warrant and charged as a fugitive from justice, police said. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Richard Luther and committed to McKean County Jail in Smethport without bail. He awaits extradition to Texas, police indicated.
