Gregory P. Benavidez Jr., 23, entered a guilty plea to a charge of statutory sexual assault. Between Jan. 1 and June 30, Benavidez had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl, according to Assistant District Attorney Ashley Shade. He will be sentenced Feb. 9.
Renee E. Seger, 20, of Roulette, pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit burglary. On Dec. 3, 2015, Seger agreed with Jessica Pesco that one of them would commit burglary at a home that was not occupied at the time of the incident, according to District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer. The online database for Pennsylvania court records does not indicate any charges have been filed against Pesco in the incident. Seger will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Kenneth R. Bell, 20, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Shaffer said that on July 12, Bell received a stolen vehicle valued at $2,000. He will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Keian Schweigart, 18, of Kane, pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property. Assistant District Attorney Sean Barrett said that on Aug. 15, Schweigart received a stolen .38 special revolver valued at $399.99. He will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Stephanie M. Tyler, 18, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of terroristic threats. According to Barrett, on Aug. 24, Tyler wrote a note to nursing staff at Bradford Regional Medical Center saying she was going to bomb the building and shoot the windows out with a gun. She will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Nieshia M. Thompson, 31, of Erie, pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft. On May 6, Thompson took $641.30 worth of textbooks from the store at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, said Barrett. She will be sentenced Dec. 15.
Kyle South, 25, of Cyclone, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance and a summary charge. On June 16, South struck a woman and possessed six pills he was not prescribed, according to Shade. He will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Roger A. Akins, 31, Kane, pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault. On July 29, Akins struck a woman in the head and upper body, according to Barrett. He will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Kathleen M. Miller, 31, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking. On July 19, while Miller was employed at Country Fair, she took $100 in cash, according to Shaffer. She will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Misty S. McCullen, 40, of Bradford, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Shalla L. Brown, 30, of Buffalo, N.Y., pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana. She will be sentenced Dec. 1.
Casey R. Billyard, 24, of Smethport, will serve five months of probation for summary charges of disorderly conduct and harassment.
